Spocket Review 2026: We Tested the Pro Plan, Here Is What Happened

Most Spocket reviews repeat the same pricing page and call it research.

We signed up for Spocket’s Pro plan ourselves, browsed the real product catalog, checked the sample-ordering option on a live product page, and contacted live support to see what happens after checkout.

This Spocket review covers what that signup experience is really like, including a $1 trial charge most other reviews never mention.

It also covers the real product catalog size shown in our account, and where the pricing page’s own feature list contradicts itself between plans.

Spocket Review

Is Spocket Worth Signing Up For?

Spocket is a US and EU supplier marketplace built to solve slow China-based dropshipping, with plans from $39.99 to $299.99 a month. The 7-day trial is not free. It charges $1 upfront, then the full plan price once the trial ends. Our Pro plan account showed a 7 million-plus product catalog, not the 100 million figure some marketing pages display, and support replied in under 5 minutes.

What Spocket Actually Is

Spocket is a supplier marketplace, not a product research tool or an ad platform.

Spocket
Spocket

You browse a catalog of pre-vetted suppliers, mostly based in the United States and Europe, and import products straight into your own store.

The pitch is speed. A US-based supplier can ship to a US customer in days, compared to the two to four week wait common with China-based dropshipping suppliers.

What Happens the Day You Sign Up

Spocket advertises a 7-day free trial, but the checkout screen we went through tells a different story.

At checkout, every plan shows its normal price crossed out next to a $1 charge, with a note reading you have 7 day(s) remaining in your trial.

The bottom of that same screen lists Total Amount Now as $1, not $0, meaning your card gets charged the moment you start the trial.

Spocket also offered an optional add-on at checkout: access to its Winning Products tool for $19 after the trial.

That add-on appeared even though Winning Products is already listed as included starting on the Pro plan.

Reading the pricing page alone would not tell you the trial has an upfront charge, or that an already-included feature gets offered again as a paid add-on.

Spocket’s Core Features, Tested

The features below reflect what we found signed into a real Pro plan account, cross-checked against Spocket’s own pricing page.

Global Supplier Marketplace

Our account showed a catalog of over 7 million products, the figure Spocket’s own pricing page displayed on the Starter tier during signup.

This differs from the 100 million-plus figure that appears on some versions of Spocket’s marketing pages.

That is a reminder to check the number your own account actually shows, rather than trusting a marketing headline.

You browse by category, filter by shipping origin or price, and add any listing straight to your store with its photos and description already filled in.

Store Platform Integrations

Spocket connects to Shopify, WooCommerce, and four other store builders including BigCommerce, Wix, Squarespace, and Square, confirmed directly in our account’s integrations menu.

The same integrations panel also lists Amazon, eBay, Ecwid, AliExpress, and Alibaba as additional connectable sources, alongside a separate AliExpress dropshipping option built into every plan.

If you specifically want to sell through TikTok Shop, Spocket has no direct integration for it.

You would connect through Shopify’s TikTok Shop channel instead.

Supplier Vetting and Order Reliability Standards

Every supplier on Spocket has to meet a fixed bar before joining the marketplace, not just sign up freely.

Spocket’s supplier requirements page requires a 95 percent order success rate and a reply to any order inquiry within 24 to 48 hours.

Pricing must also sit 25 to 40 percent below retail before a supplier is approved.

Product Sample Ordering

Every plan includes a Sample Order button directly on each product page, confirmed on the live listing we pulled up during testing, sitting next to Add to Import List and Open Product Variations.

Spocket caps sample orders at 5 units per product per order, with no bulk sample-ordering option, and prices samples at a discount rather than full retail.

Branded Invoicing

Branded invoicing is not included on the Starter plan. It starts on Pro and above, confirmed by comparing the actual feature lists on our own account’s plan-selection screen.

Spocket private-level

Once enabled, it replaces Spocket’s or the supplier’s name on packing slips with your own store’s name, and you can toggle it on or off in your Store settings.

Premium Product Filtering

Premium products are also excluded from Starter entirely. Pro adds 25 premium products, Empire adds 10,000, and Unicorn adds 25,000, each building on the tier below it.

This is a filtered subset of higher-demand items inside the wider marketplace catalog, not a separate product feed.

Multiple Store Management

Spocket lets you connect more than one online store to a single account, useful if you sell through more than one storefront or sales channel.

Spocket’s own help center confirms each connected store needs its own separate subscription, since product selection, customization, and order processing all run per store, so running two stores means paying for two plans.

Winning Products

Winning Products is a built-in tool, included starting on the Pro plan, that filters the catalog by country and by signals like high margin, fast shipping, or shipping under $5.

A separate cross-sell tool inside the dashboard, Find Winning Ads, tracks performance across millions of Shopify stores and surfaces viral ad creatives.

That tool sits outside the core Spocket product itself.

Spocket Pricing in 2026

Spocket runs four monthly plans, confirmed directly on our account’s billing screen: Starter at $39.99, Pro at $59.99, Empire at $99.99, and Unicorn at $299.99.

Starter includes a 7 million-plus product catalog, 25 unique products, multiple store support, AliExpress dropshipping, and 24/7 chat and email support, with no branded invoicing or premium products.

Pro adds 250 unique products, 25 premium products, Winning Products, supplier chat, and branded invoicing on top of everything in Starter.

Empire adds 10,000 unique and premium products plus eBay dropshipping and unlimited orders. Unicorn adds 25,000 unique and premium products plus bulk checkout.

Paying annually cuts the cost on the three higher tiers: Pro drops to $24 a month, Empire to $57, and Unicorn to $79.

Each is billed as one annual charge, and Starter has no annual option.

Every plan includes a 0 percent transaction fee, a detail some competing suppliers do not offer.

The Real Cost of Running More Than One Store

Running more than one store multiplies your cost fast, since Spocket requires its own paid subscription per connected store.

A seller running two storefronts on the Starter plan would pay two separate $39.99 bills, not one shared plan, for $79.98 a month combined.

That math is worth running before deciding whether to add a second store or simply upgrade one store’s existing plan.

What the Product Catalog Is Actually Like to Use

We pulled up a real listing to see what a product page looks like inside Spocket.

It was a stainless steel ring from a supplier called Turquoise Tiger, priced at $15.00 to buy and listed to sell at $52.99.

The page states a 3 to 5 business day processing time.

Shipping runs $8.39 and 4 to 7 business days to US addresses, or $29.00 and 15 to 30 business days worldwide.

Spocket lists the supplier’s accepted payment methods, PayPal and credit card, directly on the page, along with a 30-day return policy.

That return policy excludes monogrammed, personalized, and special-order items, along with damage from normal wear and tear, details easy to miss if you only skim the marketing pages.

Our Support Experience

We contacted Spocket’s live chat support with a question during testing and received a reply in under 5 minutes.

The interaction was straightforward and the answer resolved what we asked, a genuinely positive sign for a tool where billing questions come up often.

A Billing Pattern Worth Knowing Before You Sign Up

Spocket holds a 4.3 out of 5 rating on Trustpilot across 10,663 reviews, rated Excellent, with 88 percent of reviewers giving 5 stars.

That headline number hides a pattern worth reading before entering a card number, and it lines up with what we saw at checkout ourselves.

Spocket on trustpilot
Spocket on trustpilot

Trustpilot’s own AI-generated summary of recent reviews, current as of this check, states that reviewers frequently reported unexpected charges and automatic subscription renewals happening without prior notice.

Multiple dated reviews from 2026 describe a similar sequence. A seller cancels during or shortly after the trial, and gets charged anyway.

The refund request that follows is often denied under a stated no-refund policy.

Spocket’s own Trustpilot profile states it has replied to 100 percent of negative reviews, typically within a week, usually asking the reviewer to follow up through a support ticket.

This does not mean the charges are fraudulent.

Subscription businesses commonly auto-renew trials into paid plans by design, and the $1 upfront charge we saw confirms Spocket does bill immediately at signup.

It does mean you should cancel well before day 7, screenshot your cancellation confirmation, and check your card statement afterward rather than assuming the trial ended cleanly.

Is Spocket Worth It

Spocket makes the most sense once you have already sold a few test products and know shipping speed keeps customers from asking where their order is.

The Pro plan, with 250 unique products, premium filtering, and Winning Products included, fits most sellers once they move past their first few test products.

Skip it if you only need a handful of products or sell almost entirely through China-based suppliers already, since Starter’s 25-product cap and missing premium access will feel limiting fast.

Before committing, set a calendar reminder for day 6 of the trial, not day 7, given the billing pattern above and the $1 charge that starts the clock immediately.

Whichever plan you pick, track which imported product sells by routing it through a trackable short link instead of a raw product URL.

Add a UTM parameter to that link so you can see which channel actually drove the sale.

Click analytics on that link then show whether the traffic converted, and the return on that spend becomes easier to judge against Spocket’s monthly cost.

Frequently Asked Questions

Readers researching Spocket tend to ask a similar set of questions. The answers below cover what comes up most.

How much does Spocket’s free trial actually cost?

It is not free. Spocket charges $1 upfront at signup, confirmed on our own account’s checkout screen, then bills the full plan price once the 7-day trial ends.

Marketing language calling it a free trial refers to the 7 days before the full charge, not a $0 signup.

Set a cancellation reminder for day 6 if you do not want the full charge to go through.

Does Spocket have a free plan?

No. Spocket has no free-forever plan, only the $1, 7-day trial followed by four paid tiers starting at $39.99 a month.

Marketing pages that say Start For FREE or Get Started, It’s FREE refer to that trial signup, not a permanent free tier.

Budget for the paid plan from day one, since the trial converts to a paid charge automatically unless you cancel first.

What ecommerce platforms does Spocket integrate with?

Spocket connects to Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Wix, Squarespace, and Square as core store builders, confirmed in our own account.

It also connects to Amazon and eBay as additional sales channels, and to AliExpress and Alibaba as extra product sources.

There is no direct TikTok Shop integration. Selling there means connecting through Shopify’s own TikTok Shop channel instead.

Is Spocket legit?

Yes, Spocket is a real company with over 10,000 Trustpilot reviews and an active support team that responds to complaints publicly.

That said, a recent, dated pattern of billing and refund complaints is worth reading before you sign up, not just the overall star rating.

Legitimate does not mean risk-free for your card, so treat the trial period carefully.

What happens if I need to run more than one store?

Each additional store needs its own paid Spocket subscription, confirmed directly on Spocket’s own help center.

Multiple store support exists on the account level, but plan pricing is per store, not shared across stores.

Budget for this before connecting a second store.

Are there cheaper alternatives to Spocket?

Yes. Suppliers like AutoDS and Zendrop also offer US and EU shipping options at different price points, and Printify covers the print-on-demand side Spocket handles more thinly.

The right choice depends on whether fast branded shipping or a lower monthly cost matters more for your specific store.

A side-by-side comparison against Spocket’s exact plan limits is worth running before switching.

The Bottom Line

Buy it if fast US or EU shipping and a vetted supplier network matter more than the lowest sticker price.

Also buy it if you are comfortable with a $1 charge starting the clock on day one, so long as you plan around it.

Budget for the Pro tier or higher once you move past initial testing, since Starter’s missing branded invoicing and premium access limit it fast.

Check your card statement seven days after signup, and weigh Spocket against the other tools sellers use for fast shipping before locking into an annual plan.
