How We Produce Content

Every article on TLinky follows a seven-step process from topic selection through to publication and ongoing maintenance.

Step 1: Topic Research and Selection

We identify topics based on what our audience is actively searching for and where we can provide real value. Our team uses Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Semrush, and Ahrefs to research search demand, understand search intent, and evaluate whether existing content on a topic genuinely serves readers well. We only cover topics where we have the knowledge and resources to produce something worth reading.

Step 2: In-Depth Research

Before any writing begins, our research team investigates the topic thoroughly. This includes reviewing official platform documentation, verified industry data, primary sources, and real user experiences. For tool reviews and comparisons, we either test the tools directly or draw on hands-on experience building and using similar platforms within our own team. We do not write about tools we have not properly investigated.

Step 3: Content Writing

Our writers produce content based on a structured research brief. Every article is written to answer the reader’s specific question as clearly and completely as possible. We use AI tools during the research and optimization phases to support our writers, but all content is written by humans. AI does not write our articles. It helps our team research faster, identify gaps, and optimize structure, nothing more.

Step 4: Editorial Review and Fact-Checking

All content is reviewed by a senior team member before publication. Factual claims, statistics, tool features, and pricing information are verified against primary sources. Any claim that cannot be independently verified is either properly sourced or removed. Our founder reviews all published content for accuracy and editorial quality before it goes live.

Step 5: SEO Optimization

Content is reviewed and optimized using Semrush, Ahrefs, and Surfer SEO. We focus on search intent first and keyword placement second. Every article is checked for heading structure, internal linking, meta description, readability, and on-page SEO before publication. We do not stuff keywords or optimize for rankings at the expense of readability.

Step 6: Final Approval and Publishing

Every article receives final approval from Shaddam Hossain before it is published. Once live, articles display a clear publication date and a last-updated date so readers always know how current the information is.

Step 7: Content Maintenance and Updates

Published content is regularly reviewed and updated to reflect changes in tools, platforms, pricing, and industry best practices. When an article is updated, the last-updated date is revised visibly at the top of the article. We prioritize keeping high-traffic and time-sensitive articles current because outdated information is as harmful as inaccurate information.

Our Editorial Standards

Accuracy comes first

We do not publish claims we cannot verify. All statistics and data points are sourced from recognized industry publications, official platform documentation, or verified user data. If something cannot be sourced accurately, it does not go in the article.

No pay-to-play content

Tools, platforms, and services featured in our reviews and comparisons are selected based on relevance and merit. We do not accept payment to feature, recommend, or positively review any product or service. Our editorial recommendations are independent of our commercial relationships.

Affiliate disclosure

Some articles on TLinky contain affiliate links. When you click these links and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This never influences our editorial recommendations or how we evaluate products. Our full affiliate disclosure is available at https://tlinky.com/affiliate-disclosure/

AI content policy

Our team uses AI tools to support research and content optimization. All content published on TLinky is written by human writers, reviewed by human editors, and approved by Shaddam Hossain before publication. We do not publish raw AI-generated content.

Corrections policy

If you find an error, outdated information, or inaccurate claim in any of our articles, please contact us. We take accuracy seriously and will investigate and correct verified errors as quickly as possible.

How We Evaluate Tools and Platforms

A significant portion of TLinky’s content covers SaaS tools, marketing platforms, and digital products. When we review or compare tools, we evaluate them based on the following criteria:

  • Features and functionality: Does the tool do what it claims? We look at core features, reliability, and how well the tool performs its primary function in real use.
  • Ease of use: How accessible is the tool for different experience levels? We consider onboarding, interface design, and the learning curve for both beginners and advanced users.
  • Pricing and value: Is the pricing fair relative to what the tool delivers? We compare pricing tiers, free plan limitations, and overall value against direct alternatives.
  • Reliability and support: How stable is the platform and what support options are available? We look at uptime records, support response quality, and documentation.
  • Real user feedback: We reference verified user reviews from Capterra, G2, Product Hunt, and Trustpilot alongside our own team’s direct experience. We look at patterns across reviews rather than individual opinions.
  • Active development: We check whether tools are actively maintained and updated. A tool that has not been updated in over a year is flagged accordingly in our reviews.

Content Freshness

All articles on TLinky display last-updated date. We review time-sensitive content including tool pricing, platform features, and marketing statistics on a regular schedule. If you are reading an article and believe information may be outdated, please contact us. and we will prioritize a review.
