These Terms apply to TLinky.com, app.tlinky.com, related subdomains, applications, products, and services operated by TLinky (“TLinky,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or using TLinky, creating an account, or using any of our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use TLinky.

By using TLinky, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

Facebook Login

TLinky may allow you to create or access your account using Facebook Login.

Your use of Facebook Login is also subject to the applicable terms and policies of Meta.

TLinky does not control Facebook or Meta’s services, policies, or availability.

User Conduct

You are responsible for your use of TLinky.

You must not use TLinky for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, deceptive, or unauthorized activities.

You must not use TLinky to:

• Distribute spam or facilitate abusive activity
• Distribute malware, malicious code, or harmful software
• Conduct phishing or fraudulent activities
• Harass, threaten, or abuse others
• Publish or distribute harmful or unlawful content
• Engage in deceptive or misleading activities
• Infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
• Collect, publish, or misuse another person’s personal information without authorization
• Use TLinky to facilitate unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
• Interfere with or attempt to compromise the security or operation of TLinky
• Circumvent TLinky’s security or access controls
• Use TLinky in violation of applicable laws or regulations
• Use the platform for activities that violate the rights of others
• Use temporary or disposable email addresses when prohibited by TLinky’s account or security systems
• Otherwise misuse or abuse TLinky or its Services

We may take action against accounts that violate these Terms.

User Content

You are responsible for content that you create, upload, publish, or distribute through TLinky.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use and publish your content.

You must not use TLinky to publish or distribute content that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.

TLinky may remove or restrict access to content that violates these Terms or applicable rules.

Intellectual Property

TLinky and its original software, technology, branding, logos, designs, graphics, content, and other materials are owned by or licensed to TLinky and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by TLinky, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, or exploit TLinky’s proprietary materials.

Third-Party Services and Links

TLinky may integrate with or provide links to third-party websites, applications, platforms, or services.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

TLinky is not responsible for the availability, content, security, privacy practices, or policies of third-party services.

Your use of third-party services, including Facebook Login, is subject to the applicable terms and policies of those services.

Account Deletion

You may delete your TLinky account at any time through your account settings.

When you delete your account, your account and associated data are permanently deleted.

This may include:

• Account information
• Links
• QR codes
• Link in Bio pages
• Account-associated content
• Other data associated with your account

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Deleted accounts and associated data cannot be restored or recovered.

Deleting your TLinky account does not delete your Facebook account or information held by Facebook.

Suspension and Termination

TLinky may suspend or permanently terminate an account if we determine that the account or its use:

• Violates these Terms
• Violates applicable laws or regulations
• Involves spam, phishing, fraud, malware, or other harmful activity
• Infringes intellectual property or other rights
• Involves abusive, deceptive, or misleading activity
• Misuses the TLinky platform
• Creates a security or operational risk
• Violates our policies or other applicable rules

If an account is permanently terminated because of a violation, the account and its associated data are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Permanent account termination and associated data deletion are irreversible.

Service Availability

TLinky is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that TLinky or any particular feature will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We may perform maintenance, updates, changes, or other activities that temporarily affect the availability of the Services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TLinky provides the Services without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the Services will meet every user’s specific requirements or that the Services will always operate without interruption or errors.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TLinky will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of TLinky.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

Changes to These Terms
